Happy New Year! Let’s agree we are glad to see the back of 2020 and start 2021 with cautious optimism.
Further to the government’s latest announcement, we will continue to operate but, After serious consideration, we believe that prioritising a collection service is the safest way forward. Please call us on 0191 2818200 or email denesdeli@btconnect.com to place your order and select your collection time.
A new second collection point to the rear of the deli in the small private parking area will also be introduced. Our aim is to comply with strict social distancing and separate customers in order to keep you safe. Please come to the back door (and ring the bell) to collect your order. We can now also take payment at the back doors.
We will also endeavour to look after customers wishing to order on arrival at the front door, but would be grateful if all customers wear a face covering and respect social distancing measures. Your patience and determination, even in awful weather, has been admirable. A new awning for the Shopfront is on order to help keep you dry!
Our deli team will be very small which means we will not yet be reintroducing a delivery service or offering our outside catering menu. If you are still in an office environment looking for an option for a corporate event, individual packed lunches are a good, safe alternative.
Our Lockdown business hours will be 10-3, Tuesday to Saturday. Please keep your eye on our social media for regular updates.
